Summit Veterinary Referral Center

About Our Department
The Nutrition department develops comprehensive nutrition plans for pets with underlying disease. Our nutrition team is dedicated to providing exceptional nutritional strategies for pets with the aim of optimizing health and longevity.
The Nutrition department works closely with you and your pet’s veterinary team to create expert, personalized nutrition plans. Crafting balanced home-cooked recipes, addressing weight management and food allergies, and providing unique solutions to challenging dietary restrictions are some of the more common services the nutrition department has to offer. Our nutrition team also specializes in the management of feeding tubes and critical care nutrition. Nutrition works closely with our critical care team to ensure all hospitalized pets at Summit receive the best nutrition during their hospitalization.
